James Morgan, Morgan Harris Burrows
One of the founding partners of MORGAN HARRIS BURROWS, James has led many high profile and sensitive assignments in service and manufacturing industries. These have included helping small and start-up companies in Biotechnology and other sectors.
James was a member of the MHB team that undertook the business feasibility study that preceded the foundation of ADRC. He has also undertaken many substantial assignments for Government, including chairing an independent working group reporting to UK Government Ministers on crime prevention, advising Ministers on the efficiency of the police service, and Advisor to Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Constabulary. He has also advised the Inland Revenue, MOD, and the former DTI, and undertaken a wide range of assignments to help Drug Action Teams.
He was earlier a senior partner in Ernst & Young, responsible for the firm's business in the public sector and has degrees in Engineering from both Cambridge and Birmingham Universities.
Andrew Stamp BBS, MSC, FCA, Morgan Harris Burrows
Andrew joined Morgan Harris Burrows in 1992 becoming a Partner in 1993 and has substantial experience in working with technology-based enterprise including university spin-outs. Previously he has been a senior manager with ICI Agrochemicals and with Coates Brothers PLC.
Andrew led the MHB team which worked with the School of Psychology at the University of Southampton on the business feasibility study that preceded the foundation of ADRC. Since November 1997 Andrew has run The Alexander Project, an educational behavioural intervention programme for Alexander Stamp, who has autism. This programme has been unique in being registered under the ISO9001 quality standard. Andrew was parent representative for the Southampton University Young Autism research project (SCAmP) and was a Trustee of PEAcH, a national charity which supports behavioural intervention programmes for children with autism.
A graduate in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin, he qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Co and gained his Master's Degree at the London Business School.
